What does the complete wedding planning package contain?
Well, to sum up: everything... as well! Explaining it at length, we would like to begin with the fact that we do not offer packages as it is impossible to draw a line while planning and say that XY is not part of your chosen package, so we won’t help you with that. Because if you trust us and ask us to plan your wedding, we will throw ourselves into the work with infinite enthusiasm and the maximalism and professionalism as usual from us and we will not let go of your hands until after the wedding!
This is exactly why it is difficult to enumerate what we are available for but, as a start, we have put together a professional list which we go through basically in case of every wedding.
- Recommending available service providers for all the missing services
- Connecting you with the chosen service providers
- Supporting your consultations
- Checking and mediating contracts
- Extra proposals, brainstorming
- Touring the venue with necessary service providers
- Coordinating on-site and additional services
- Planning the layout
- Keeping in touch, conveying relevant information, continuous consultations with the service providers
- Making the script, modifying it continuously
- Discussing setting up and breaking down with every service provider
- Handling a possible panic situation, calming down the couple :)
- Supervising and controlling on-site preparation
- Receiving, guiding, and helping the service providers
- Keeping in touch with the couple as previously discussed
- Solving any problem, arising question to the best of knowledge and experience
- Controlling and discussing every tiny detail
- Supporting the couple and the service providers throughout the wedding
- Helping guests when they are leaving, collecting and putting items in the lost-and-found
- Last discussions with the couple if necessary
- Starting the breaking down, closing with the service providers
- Sending thank-you letters to service providers the week after the wedding
- Handling and closing any other consultation
- After a farewell conversation reminiscent of the wedding, we'll let you step into your married life :)

This is why, beside the "black and white" offer, first of all, we would like to find a date for a short meeting in person or online where you can get to know us and we can get to know you, and where we can specify your needs, talk through your ideas, then we’ll send you your personalised offer!
Naturally, we understand that you would like to see numbers before anything else so we can say in advance that our offer for a complete wedding planning starts from 500,000 HUF but, as we have mentioned, it can be altered by many factors so we can only send you an accurate offer after our first meeting.
